TOYOINK - FLEXO UV INKS

• STERAFLEX – ink specially developed for flexo printing on all the equipment with UV polymerization systems. It can be used on all types of paper and board, treated polyethylene and some metalized films (compatibility tests are recommended).

• EXCURE 54000M STERAFLEX FOO – ink specially developed for printing on flexo machines, with high colour density and excellent transfer properties. This ink is defined by very low odor and extremely low migration properties.

• Seria Excure 50000Z • EXCURE 50000 Z has the following properties:

- Suited for indirect food contact
- Excellent printability with rapid polymerization
- Strong gloss effect and high colour intensity

- Low odor (according to the “Liquid Food Packaging Area” testing criteria)
- Optimal resistance will be obtained 24 hours after printing
