Perfect for use on any machine up to 600 mm, E2C supports printing on the widest range of heat-sensitive materials because its actively air-cooled reflectors reduce heat transfer to the substrate. It also boasts GEW’s renowned quick-change cassette design enabling a new lamp to be fitted in under 2 minutes.

E2C can be integrated and customised to fit a wide range of printing and coating machines.
E2C HP comprises a standard E2C UV lamp cassette housed in a larger casing to enable more air cooling and thus higher running power, up to 180W/cm. Perfect for low migration or high speed print applications up to 800 mm, it boasts the same reliability and patented reflector designs contained in GEW’s most popular E2C product.
Like the E2C, the HP variant allows printing on a wide range of heat-sensitive materials with the same fast-changing system and reliability. The acquisition together with the RHINO system offers the same 5-year warranty.

E4C it is the most powerful cassette in the GEW range, designed to be used for special applications with UV ink, as well as where high productivity and print speeds are required, either on machines with sheet and roller power.
E4C has optically tuned reflectors to maximise curing power and operates quietly, with minimal air requirements.
Water flow monitoring technology ensures water flow at all times, and the E4C’s water-cooled reflectors support the highest UV power whilst limiting heat transfer to the substrate, making it safe for a broad range of heat-sensitive materials.
It is designed to operate with the lowest level of maintenance and is engineered for fast, easy lamp changes. All replaceable components are plug-and-play, and the reflectors can be cleaned and fully replaced without breaking the water seals. Furthermore, the reflector mechanisms and seals are tested to millions of operations, to ensure reliability.
E4C is also LED-ready: its hybrid lamp casing can house either LED, E2C or E4C arc lamp cassettes. It has a compact profile to fit the widest range of machines and is retrofittable on all E2C installations.
NUVA2 is the most effective UV curing system for wide web coating and specialist industrial applications. Fully air-cooled up to 250cm and available up to 27kW total lamp power, NUVA2 is available with a wide range of customisation and integration options.
GEW’s patented reflectors are actively cooled to ensure that heat transfer to the substrate is minimised, whilst delivering the highest UV intensity and dose available.
When powered by GEW’s RHINO system, NUVA2 can be purchased with a 5 year warranty.
NUVA2 is ArcLED ready so that a NUVA2 and LeoLED cassette can be used interchangeably in the same print unit and existing NUVA2 systems can be cost-effectively upgraded in the field with only the LED cassette and chiller required.
NUVA2 HP is the same NUVA2 cassette in a narrower format – the extra cooling available allows running up to 240W/cm, with maximum power decreasing as lamp length increases.
Fully air-cooled NUVA2 HP NUVA2 HP is available with a wide range of customisation options and is perfect for final cure inkjet applications or high-speed web machines.
Like NUVA 2, this HP version is compatible with ArcLED technology and can benefit from the same 5-year warranty if the power supply is RHINO.
